Estimated Dispatching & Delivery Time:

After payment confirmation, We will dispatch products within 24 hours. The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping destination (Within Tamilnadu delivery time 2 to 3 working days. Other States 3 to 5 working days maximum). Please note that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other natural calamities.

Delivery Attempts:

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver the package to your address up two to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two to three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  4. To initiate a return for wrong product delivery or major damages, you must send a proper unboxing video within 24 hours starting from the time of delivery. The video should not have any cut or pause and should be taken in proper lighting.

  5. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact for a return to be initiated.

  6. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
